Bath towels

Absolutely terrible quality. Highly disappointing customer service. I have repeatedly reported this issue and no solution has been provided yet.
Do not recommend La Marvel to anyone after this disappointing experience

Very good towels

Very satisfied with my towel order. The delivery was on time, and the material is very good quality—soft, absorbent, and exactly as described. Would definitely order again.

Superb Quality

This is the second time that I have ordered from La Marvel (I initially ordered bedding which I love and previously reviewed as being excellent quality). This time, I decided to order new bath towels and I was not disappointed. The quality is excellent and the towels are lovely and soft but also highly absorbent. I chose the black colour as I find that lighter colour towels just look dirty over time. Delivery was also super fast- received them the day after I ordered. I wish I had bought them sooner.

Best towels ever!!

The towels came in the perfect size for drying hands and exactly how I wanted them. They are perfect in texture and color. I would 100% recommend!!

Best towels ever!!

The towels came even better than the picture with the best texture ever!! They dry extremely well and the embroidery was exactly as displayed. Delivery time was also perfect. 100% would recommend.

Very nice

Very good Bath Towels After washing and used. Hight recommended.

Love it

Received my personalized bath and hand towels and I love them so much. They are so beautiful and soft. So good for gifting too. Highly recommend these.

Suites Luxury towel set

They were soft when they arrived but after one wash it has lost its softness and plushness and also I find the colour has faded in places

exactly hotel product

i liked the towels all sizes and the material its the best towels i ordered ,
I will order more.

Luxury hotel towels

Amazing towels!

Great quality

We bought beach towels with embroidered company logo. The towels are soft, thick, keep their color and shape well in washing. We are all very happy with the towels.

Wonderful quality!

The towel is perfect like the luxury hotels! I highly recommend it! :-)

Amazing towel set

Very good quality and happy to order always from La Marvel

Amazing towels

Very good quality and happy to order always from La Marvel

Good Towel Set

The Towel is soft but i have some issue with the embroidery, I specifically capitalized the first letter coz its a Name but they still put small letter.

Embroidery Towel Set Navy Blue

The Towel is soft and the embroidery is ok but Its not as hotel luxury feel though as per the advertisement.
And I got different shades of blue for bath and towel set.

Towel Collection

The towels were soft but had few threads coming out of the towel.

I bought the Giza cotton and zen stripes and its not as soft as it used to be. I have bought them before in 2023 and it was much much softer. Slightly dissapointed. Also washed them though nothing changed. The white sheet which is the percale one - is something I don't think i will use. its also not sot.

Hi Masooma! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the change in softness and will look into this. Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further. We appreciate your loyalty and hope to improve your experience.

Super King

Well - first off - the sheets and duvet have a nice sheen and are of good quality- however - beware of the size
diff and terminology between SUPER KING on the web site - some are clearly list on the order as UK size which is different to GCC sizes and you need a diploma to ensure you catch those differences.

Fortunately the team at La Marvel recognized this challenge and were great about swapping me out to have a right fit between Duvet insert and Cover so great job and much appreciated!

Hi Malek! Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad you appreciated our support with the sizing and hope you enjoy your Sophia Sateen Edge Bedding Set. If you need any further assistance, we're here to help!

The best!

Hi Odai! Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted you love the Giza Cotton Classic Combo. Come back soon!

Highly recommend. Lush and luxurious

Highly recommend La Marbel and the plux set. I bought it in two colours, white and green. Prior to purchase I had a ton of questions which were speedily answered via their WhatsApp line. Delivery was quick. I wanted to wash them first before review and they maintained their softness and colour. I will be purchasing additional sets. Very luxurious and excellent value for money

Hi there! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're thrilled to hear you love the Plux Classic Towel Combo and appreciate your kind words. Looking forward to your next purchase! 😊
