How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address/ phone number in the fields above, then click the "Start" button.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

• You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging.
• Gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

How soon will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. After that, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-4 working days.
