I've got the pillow inserts pair and wanted to try them before reviewing. Although can't use it alone to support the head and neck, they are great in complementing my pillows and provide much comfy sleeping.

I expected the material to be soft and cotton, but it feels like a high-quality synthetics... the first two nights I had to get used to this material.
